Solidword Design Engineer

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Drafter in Seattle, WA. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Drafter coordinates the collection of data from specifications, sketches, customer layout drawings, pictures, etc. and incorporates this info into detailed drawings.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Successful candidate will have formal drafting program certification( 2 year associate's degree program at a technical school preferred)
• 5 years of drafting experience
• Experience with modeling threaded piping connections and weldments.
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Proficient in SOLIDWORKS
• Experience creating fabrication drawings per ASME/ANSI standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven team player and the ability to communicate effectively and  professionally with customers, upper management, and staff
