Business Development Coordinator
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Business Development Coordinator in Deerfield Beach, FL.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of obtaining new business, supporting current business needs and will be the primary in getting the new business opportunity through the development phase and into operations or manufacturing. The Business Development Coordinator will review potential requirements and obstacles, review CMMS and customer-supplied documentation, determine initial provisioning requirements to support the project, development of RFP/RFQ documentation, providing quote details to sales and coordinating future opportunities utilizing same or like parts and or processes
Qualifications and requirements:
- Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university with major coursework related to the area of assignment or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above.
- Providing leadership and motivation to other employees to effect results.
- Preparing clear, concise and informative reports, correspondence and other written materials.
- Proficient with MS Office applications—primarily Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, Quantum a plus.
- Managing multiple tasks often with competing deadlines.
- Experience with Visio, MS Project a plus.
- Must be able to interpret mechanical drawings and maintenance manuals.
- Communicating effectively with co-workers, subordinates, superiors and others sufficiently to exchange or convey information
- Making effective presentations to individuals and groups, with an ability to negotiate and problem solve
- PMA, STC, Thermoform/plastics manufacturing knowledge a plus
- Quoting and Business Case modeling also a plus
