Program Coordinator

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Program Coordinator in Hudson, WI.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Program Coordinator is a key participant in transforming new business opportunities into successfully executed projects by providing repair solutions for our customers. Utilizing talent from all internal employee groups, the Project Coordinator works with team members to formulate responses to RFPs, develop work-scopes and provide resource requirements for the implementation of scheduled work. The Project Coordinator documents project metrics, tracks project activities and provides updates during project review meetings. This individual uses sound judgment in all project communications to ensure key stakeholders are apprised of project activities in a timely manner.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university with major coursework related to the area of assignment or an equivalent experience combination sufficient to successfully perform the duties of the job.
• Previous aviation experience in manufacturing and/or technical repair – FAA issued Airframe and / or Power-plant license or similar experience                                                                                                                      
• The ability to successfully apply critical thinking skills
• One to two years of previous project coordination experience a plus.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks, often with competing deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written skills to sufficiently convey information.
• Preparing clear, concise and informative reports, correspondence and written materials.
• Ability to make effective presentations to individuals and groups.
• Knowledge of Green Belt Lean / Six Sigma concepts
• Proficient with MSOffice applications—primarily MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Sharepoint, ERP/MRP systems – Quantum experience helpful.
