Assistant Director of Maintenance
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking an Assistant Director of Maintenance in Kingman, AZ.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Assistant DOM is the central focal point for assisting with the overall leadership and direction of the company and for all aircraft maintenance activities. To develop and implement effective programs, processes goals and methods to ensure a smooth running operation, instill processes and systems that deliver superior services to our customers.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Current A&P license required.
- Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in a Part 145 Repair Station.
- Previous CRJ/EMB experience preferred.
- Demonstrated hands-on management experience.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Have excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Monitor and update aircraft schedules and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of aircraft.
- Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
- Must be willing to work any shift.
- Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
