Finish Technician Lead
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Finish Technician Lead for an opportunity in Indianapolis, IN.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Aircraft Finish Technician Leads will priortize daily/weekly work assignments in support of the department schedule, production targets and overall aircraft completion.
Qualifications and requirements:
- 8+ years of experience preparing high quality fabricated cabinetry, divan, ledges and other wood-surfaced subassemblies for the finish/paint application. Minimum 3 years must have been as a Senior Cabinet Finisher.
- Experience applying stains, dyes, paint and clear coat to final facricated cabinetry subassemblies.
- Qualified candidates must posess a high degree of leadership abilities to build rapport and motivate a team.
- Must have the minimum tools as required.
- Must be willing to work any shift.
- Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
