Administrator

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking an Administrative Postion with admin experience for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

LAUNCH is looking for an aggressive person who loves to negotiate for the position of Administrator.  This Administrator position will analyze and review contracts and purchase orders, along with scheduling meetings and maintaning schedules. The best Administrators will have the following traits:

• Basic business skills, such as reconciliation, phone etiquette, and e-mail communication;
• Knowledge of databases and a working knowledge of Excel and word. Software system is in house inventory system.
• A professional who is willing to negotiate to get the best deal for the company. Must have the ability to say no.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good sense of humor and ability to handle stress.

Qualifications and requirements 

• Two years experience as an admin, preferably in aviation but not necessary.
• Strong data entry skills a requirement.
• Proficient in microsoft office.
• Basic business skills, such as reconciliation, phone etiquette, and e-mail communication;
• Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
• Must be willing to work any shift.
• Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
