Stockroom Manager
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Stockroom Manager for an opportunity in Plainfield, IN
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages inventory of materials, parts, and finished product to maintain required supply. Maintains records, replenishes stock, and plans for future requirements based on orders, production schedules and forecasts. Evaluates inventory levels and notifies purchasing agent when reorders are necessary. May perform receiving, stocking, distributing, and packing in addition to inventory control. Maintains inventory records and prepares reports. Manages Shipping and Receiving.
Qualifications and requirements:
5+ years experience in a manufacturing environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
FAA experience highly desired
Knowledge of cycle counts and inventory control procedures
Experience with shipping providers such as UPS, FedEx, and trucking companies
