Operations Research Analyst

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Operations Research Analyst for an opportunity in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities and Qualifications: 

• Requires previous experience as a planner – aircraft services.
• Requires willingness to work rotating shifts, with rotating days off.
• Requires extensive knowledge of all phases of the maintenance operations, including but not limited to, material routing, storage, procurement, inventory control and accounting procedures.
• Should possess ability to analyze and understand technical manuals and documents, particularly IPC’s, EO’s, and ERA’s and all FAA, OSHA and EASA regulations.
• Requires proficiency with computer systems, particularly SAP and Microsoft Office programs. Should possess the ability to work harmoniously with a variety of people and have strong team work skills.
• Should possess the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously, as well as strong decision-making skills, a high degree of supervisory capability, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
