Prodcution Supervisor

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Production Supervisors for an opportunity in Bellingham, WA.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Production Supervisor provides overall support and direction, including managing team to produce components of high quality, within budget, in a safe manner, on schedule. The Supervisor’s main areas of responsibility will include, resource assigning (people and machine), time card approvals, work oversight, daily line rates, FPQ, performance reviews and other daily tasks to support VS needs.

Qualifications and requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associates Degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Two years experience as a Process Specialist or other Lead position strongly preferred.
• Certified in First Aid preferred.
• Teambuilding – Builds a cohesive team(s) to facilitate the completion of team goals.
• Collaboration – Establishes collaborative relationships to achieve objectives.
• Communication – Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills required
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proven ability to train others required.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, DMS, Axapta, Lotus Notes and Access databases strongly preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, as required to meet business needs required
