Avionics Manager
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking an Avionics Manager for an opportunity in Ardmore, OK.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Avionics Manager is responsible for the operation of the Avionics Department to insure its profitability and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and requirements:
- High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in avionics management, leading and supervising technicians, interacting with clients
- Minimum 5 years experience in avionics sales
- A&P preferred
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new software as required
- Professional verbal/written communication skills required.
- Must pass all conducted drug/alcohol screening, background and security checks and prove eligibility for employment in the United States.
- Excellent listening and problem solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently
- Ability to effectively communicate and present information
- Ability to work under pressure and be adaptable to change on a constant basis
