Receives, verifies, distributes and stores in proper location all parts, materials, and supplies.

Notes discrepancies in deliveries and maintains records.

Maintains an adequate quantity of parts and supplies in the assigned area to facilitate efficient

distribution.

Performs continuous inventory of parts and supplies and reorders as required.

Assures that all prices are current.

Prepares shipment of parts including weighing, labeling and completing necessary paperwork to include

proper freight identification.

Maintains assigned area in a neat and orderly manner.

Maintains accurate records.

Performs special assignments as may be required.

Must be 18 years old

High School Diploma or equivalent

Highly motivated with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail

Knowledge and/or previous experience within the airline industry a plus

Previous experience within accounting or quality assurance field a plus

Must be willing to take and pass a pre-employment drug screen

Must be willing to work any shift in a 7 day operation, including nights, weekends and holidays

Candidate must be able to clear a fingerprint-based criminal history check in order to obtain and retain

credentials necessary for the position. Position specific clearances include but are not limited to FAA, TSA,

and Port Authority

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

Reliable, punctual attendance is essential function of the position

A valid clear driver’s license

Must have working knowledge of Microsoft office.
