Process receipt and inspection of customer supplied materials.

Notes and communicates any discrepancies in deliveries to customer accordingly.

Performs continuous inventory verification of customer owned materials.

Allocates onsite customer inventory and process material returns accordingly.

Performs data entry regarding component on/off transactions and other related component change items.

Maintains, communicates, and coordinates materials removed from customer aircraft.

Prepares materials for shipment upon customer request.

Assists in customer’s ongoing auditing efforts regarding component records and coordinate findings onsite.

Maintains assigned area in a neat and orderly manner.

Maintains accurate records.

Performs special assignments as may be required.

High School Diploma or equivalent

Highly motivated with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail

Knowledge and/or previous experience within the airline industry a plus

Previous experience within accounting or quality assurance field a plus

Must be willing to take and pass a pre-employment drug screen

Must be willing to work any shift in a 7 day operation, including nights, weekends and holidays

Candidate must be able to clear a fingerprint-based criminal history check in order to obtain and retain

credentials necessary for the position. Position specific clearances include but are not limited to FAA, TSA,

and Port Authority

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

Reliable, punctual attendance is essential function of the position

A valid clear driver’s license

Must have working knowledge of Microsoft office.
