LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Manager for an opportunity in Indianapolis, IN
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The HR Manager is responsible for implementing Human Resource policies, partnering with operations to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives and resolves HR issues. They are also responsible for and/or serves as a HR liaison for talent management, labor relations, employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, EEO, and/or and training and development.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelors degree from four-year college or university in human resource manager, business administration or related area of study
- Previous experience as a human resources manager or generalist
- Previous aerospace or aviation experience preferred
- Must be able to communicate effectively.
- Problem solving and decision making skills.
- Must be able to work any shift.
