Continuous Analysis Surveillance System (CASS) Manager
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a CASS Manager for an opportunity in Coral Gables, FL.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
CASS Managers will have oversight of LLM, RVSM, DFDR, ECM performance, and Weight and Balance for report formulation of the various elements collected for incorporation into the monthly CASS report.
Qualifications and requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the aviation industry inspection and/or maintenance experience on aircraft.
- Current A&P license required (6 months of documented experience within the last 2 years).
- Knowledge of the CFR’s, MPP, Maintenance Programs, and Maintenance Manual System.
- Preferably, previous exposure and/or experience with a Part 121 Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System OR Reliability program.
- Possess and demonstrate good organization, leadership, written, and oral communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in reliability or dependability programs.
- Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
- Must be willing to work any shift.
- Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
