Partner Control Specialist- Avionics

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Partner Control Specialist- Avionics for an opportunity in Nagoya, Japan. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The responsible Partner Control will work the activities of the Avionics, V&V, ATA23, ATA31, ATA34, ATA42, FAA and EASA. Take in charge of multiple review of the Test Plan draft presented by supplier as a supplier management. Must supervise the test at reviewing which suppliers conduct after the permission of Authority.

Work as team in a multi-cultural and an international working environments in Nagoya, Japan. Japanese Language skills are not required

Qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering Technical Aviation with 5 years aviation related experience, or 5+ years in an aviation engineering organization Aerospace or Aircraft Systems Engineering.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to utilize interpersonal and communication techniques, working in a team environment, dealing with a wide variety of personalities and communication styles.
• Ability to identify potential issues with machinery development, manufacturing processes or parts.
• Needs the ability to develop, plan and implement short and long term goal.
• Ability to adapt to change.
• 10+ years experience in Avionics, as a manager in an aircraft manufacturing or a manager at suppliers (Tier 1).
• Management experience in supplier for Aircraft Company.
• Have created and reviewed relevant documents.
• Have management/negotiation experience of suppliers.
