Maintenance Trainer
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Trainer for an opportunity in Shreveport, LA.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Trainer position oversees the implementation of the maintenance training program in all areas of Line or Heavy maintenance of company owned/leased operated aircraft, support equipment and facilities.
Qualifications and requirements:
- BA/BS in Aviation, Engineering, Aviation Training or related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in aviation maintenance/training with no BA/BS degree as stated above. Preferably experience is with an airline or aircraft MRO with responsibilities for training personnel or maintaining aircraft or of 30 seats or more.
- FAA A&P License
- Airframe Maintenance Experience: ERJ135/145, CRJ200 CRJ700/900.
- Travel: This position requires up to 50% travel and could include some international travel.
