FAA Assembly & Test Technician - Level 1

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Assembly & Test Technician - Level 1 for an opportunity in Tempe, AZ 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Move parts from one process to another around entire facility.
• Organize orders to site's production schedule for each process.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under direct supervision.
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
• Typically reports to a supervisor.
• Special Considerations: Lifting will exceed 30 Lbs. and/or repetitions of this or lesser weights will be significant. Exposure to substantial machine, chemical, biological or other physical risks are anticipated.

Education, Knowledge and Skills:

• Requires an associate's degree and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
• ** CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO WORK OT - Sometimes there is no requirement, sometimes it is voluntary, sometimes it is up to 56 hrs per week.
  
  ** Candidates must be able to work swings and weekend shift priority. HON will flex candidates to where the work is at and needed
