Aircraft Arrangement Engineer
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Aircraft Arrangement Engineer for an opportunity in Nagoya, Japan.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The responsible Aircraft Arrangement Engineer will work under a guideline of APR4754, allocate and flow down those captured aircraft level requirements (ALR), such as requirements of performance, stability and control of aircraft, to each system level requirements (SLR) such as flight control system, propulsion system and avionics.
Work as team in a multi-cultural and an international working environments in Nagoya, Japan. Japanese Language skills are not required.
Qualifications and requirements:
- 10+ years experience in Avionics.
- Evaluate the plan and result of Validation and Verification activity as well as the requirement of ARP4754.
- Tool called "Doors"can be operated, but not necessary to be an expert.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to utilize interpersonal and communication techniques, working in a team environment, dealing with a wide variety of personalities and communication styles.
- Ability to identify potential issues with machinery development, manufacturing processes or parts.
- Needs the ability to develop, plan and implement short and long term goal.
- Ability to adapt to change.
