Flight Deck Human Factors Engineer
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Flight Deck Human Factors Engineer for an opportunity in Nagoya, Japan.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The responsible the Engineer is responsible will work as part of the Avionics Systems Design Group to Design, Develop and Test requirements for the MRJ Avionics. Use the Rockwell Collins architecture. Work as team in a multi-cultural and an international working environments in Nagoya, Japan. Japanese Language skills are not required.
Qualifications and requirements:
- 5+ years experience in aircraft and engineering.
- Create human factors evaluation test plan (scenario-based tests with pilot participants.)
- Conduct human factors evaluation tests. - Ability to Conduct human factors evaluation tests.
- Ability to Complete human factors regulations compliance reports for certification authorities.
- profeciency Analyzing the results of tests and relate these to applicable human factors regulation compliance (25.1302(d), 25.1309(c).
- Familiar with Team Designing, Developing and Testing requirements for the MRJ Avionics.
- Experienced with Rockwell Collins architecture.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to change.
