HR Technology Talent Manager

 

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking HR Technology Talent Manager for an opportunity in Atlanta,GA.

 

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Under the direction of the IT Director – Talent Management & Development, works closely with the leadership and executive team to provide strategy and support for talent acquisition solutions.

 

Qualifications and requirements:

 

  • 8+ years overall experience with a minimum of 5+ years in a progressively advancing Information Technology talent management function.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management or related field required
  • Proven experience required with the principles and practices of the full cycle of talent acquisition including attracting, recruiting, selecting, on-boarding and retaining talent practices.
  • Background with designing, developing, implementing rotational development programs, college co-op, intern and MBA candidate programs, mentoring programs, and online career resources required.
  • Application of organizational change management functions to support a large-scale transformation initiative a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills; experience with program assessment, survey development, implementation, data analysis and reporting.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills including verbal, written and presentation communication skills for a diverse stakeholder population; and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proven organization, prioritization, planning and project management experience required.
  • Demonstrated coaching, communication, presentation and influence skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information; strong ethics, trustworthiness and integrity.
  • Ability to work autonomously and at a fast pace; initiative and results-focused.
  • Show flexibility and a willingness to take on new and different tasks based on business and department needs.
  • Proficiency using MS Office products.
