Cost Analyst
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Cost Analyst in Atlanta, GA.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Cost Analyst III will be responsible for Analyzing costs associated with the maintenance of aircraft, engines, APUs, landing gear, and components. Develops and maintains cost estimation tools to facilitate proposal development. Develops and maintains Repair Catalogs. Analyzes pricing performance and articulates recommendations to Product Managers and Finance Managers. Collaborates with various individuals in maintenance, engineering, finance, and others to resolve business problems and to align development of tools with business requirements. Trains other team members in the usage of cost analysis tools.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Experience with researching and solving complex business problems. Professionally confident – must be comfortable challenging things that “just don’t look right”.
- Experience analyzing costs associated with the maintenance of aircraft, engines, APUs, landing gear, and components
- Has outstanding written communication skills. High competency level in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Access required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience required. Aviation maintenance industry experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, or related degree required.
