Electrical Engineer
LAUNCH Professional Services is seeking an Electrical Engineer for an opportunity in Huntington Beach, CA.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Electrical Design Engineer undertakes systems concept, definition, and layout for complete wiring of aircraft interiors as well as supporting grounding and bonding calculations and related certification documentation. Creates and/or checks 2D drawings for electrical systems, components, sub-assemblies and assemblies as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
3 to 5 yrs. specific technical discipline engineering experience
- Knowledge of related software including CATIA, AUTOCAD, and PLM
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with internal and external customer
- Strong analytical skills and be ability to communicate technical issues in an assertive and tactful manner
- Ability to read and analyze reports and drawings
- Recent experience (within last 3 years) with certification for Boeing, or similar process.
