Software Engineer
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for resolving complex engineering problems associated with aircraft avionics designs within various aircraft types and LOPA configurations. Oversee teams developing aircraft network and seat back architecture, entertainment system core and interactive software, and line- and retrofit installation and certification.
Qualifications and requirements:
- BS, EE/CS/CE or equivalent work experience
- 10 years experience software project design, integration, test experience
- Experience in Android, coding, GUI, software config control, testing
- 5 years experience Android or other mobile platform development.
- Must be willing to travel at least 50% of the time.
- Comfortable in an Agile software development model
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies
