Administrative Assistant

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking an Administrative Assistant for an opportunity in Marana, AZ.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reviewing files and records to answer requests for information.
• Checking and entering data.
• Photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
• Generate reports & other documents.
• Completing assignments and projects according to instructions from supervisors.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Knowledge of relevant software applications including MS Office
• Proficient in use of email and internet
• Highschool Diploma or GED
• Preferred minimum 1 year office experience
• Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
