Manager of Training and Audits
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Manager of Training and Audits with experience in a Part 145 environment in Kingman, AZ.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Manager is responsible for coordinating all customer, technical and regulatory training requirements and for overall management of the training program, and well as oversight of audits from customers or the FAA.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university; or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with new hire/orientation processes.
- Experience with audits.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
- Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
