LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Financial Analyst

for an opportunity in Burlington, WA

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Financial Analyst provides management with financial information by researching and analyzing accounts; preparing financial statements

 

  • Prepare, review, and analyze profit and loss statements.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
  • Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting control procedures.
  • Analyzes information by developing spreadsheet reports; verifying information.
  • Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.
  • Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
  • Influence the performance of the business 
  • Create Accurate Forecasts while managing clear, controlled Reporting and Analysis 
  • Communicate financial and business performance clearly and with impact 
  • Lead across the Company, business group, and Finance function 
  • Provide financial analytical support 
  • Other duties may be assigned.

 

Qualifications 

                                               

  • Bachelors’ degree (B. A.) or equivalent; 5+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education     and experience.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment 
  • SAP or multiple ERP systems experience
  • Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, detailed correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write complex correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. 
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.           
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Accounting software (SAP, Hyperion); Database software (MS Access); Inventory software; Order processing systems; Spreadsheet software (Excel) and Word Processing (MS Word and MS PowerPoint) software.
