Customer Service Representative / Receptionist
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an opportunity in Nashville, Tennessee.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors
- Managing clerical tasks
- Respond to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person, over the phone, and by email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties as assigned
Qualifications and requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Must be able to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.
