Used Truck Sales Representative

Pay: $28K + commission

Used Truck Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for promoting and selling used medium and heavy-duty (Class 5,6,7, & 8) commercial trucks to meet sales, market share, profitability, and customer satisfaction objectives
- Meet or exceed used truck sales profitability objectives
- Seek new customers daily: includes making personal visits to prospective truck buyers: making outbound phone calls and using digital media and the internet to network and uncover sales leads
- Provide sales assistance to dealership walk in and call in customers
- Maintain high standards of customer service and support; including technical expertise, truck knowledge and finance options
- Educate customers on truck features and demonstrates use as needed: accompany, customers on test drives
- Complete sales transactions in accordance with established dealership policies, write sales orders, secure customer deposit and complete all necessary paperwork
- Professional delivery of sold units including an explanation of warranty and service policies
- Provide ongoing customer service and support to all truck buyers; manager a CRM schedule to ensure post-sale contact is maintained and contact details are updated.
- Timely resolve any customer issues or complaints.
Used Truck Sales Representative Qualifications and Requirements:
- Broad Knowledge of all types of used class 5,6,7 & 8 trucks and components
- Familiarity with the trucking industry a plus
High level of professionalism and business acumen - Ability to obtain and maintain WI CDL drivers license
- Customer Service Focused
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Detail Oriented
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Bilingual Preferred: Polish, Bosnian, Serbian, or Russian
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Must have a valid Driver's License
