Customer Service Representative
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Engineering Data Administrator for an opportunity in Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the accurate and timely release of many prepared documents including departmental correspondence and presentation
-Schedule travel reservations (air/car) and lodging for travelers using concur
-Coordinate meetings and conferences in the facility and all amenities to support presentation and meetings top include catering arrangements.
-Using data received from Engineering, Program Management, and Certification – develop and maintain certifications and document control.
-Point of contact for day to day attendance activities of the Engineering team.
-Administrate purchase request for office supplies
Qualifications and requirements:
- Knowledge and skills:
Proficient knowledge of PC’s, internet usage (email-fax) and related MS software
-Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Project, PPT, Access, and Lotus
-Work Independently, professional standards, and ethics - Education and or Experience
- 5 – 7 years previous admin experience
- Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
