Project Manager
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for an opportunity in Miami Gardens, FL.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Site Director, this 1-2 year contract will partner with cross-functional teams across the site to support planning and coordination of transitional work coming into Miami.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a similar manufacturing environment, ideally within the Aerospace industry.
- Post-Secondary education in Engineering, Operations or Business, is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute project plans to achieve specific goals within tight timelines.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Excellent organization, communication and relationship building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints.
- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality with the ability to influence and engage others to overcome resistance to change.
- Energetic and innovative leader who shares new ideas.
- Ability to work on own with very little direction.
- Expert computer skills.
- Successful candidate must meet all requirements under ITAR and CGD
- Must have valid US Passport and travel 50% of the time.
