Director of Quality
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Director of Quality with extensive aerospace manufacturing experience.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the leadership, control, coordination, and maintenance of the company’s Quality Assurance systems and functions. Primary responsibilities include developing and implementing effective programs, processes, goals and methods to ensure strict compliance with all FAA regulatory requirements and Industry Quality Standards, specifically AS9100, within Rancho Cucamonga facility
Qualifications and requirements:
- Minimum five (5) years proven experience in the commercial aviation industry.
- Minimum ten (10) years proven quality assurance skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to self motivate.
- An undergraduate degree in a technical field. Masters Degree desirable.
- Must have knowledge of Quality Assurance processes and procedures.
- Must have extensive knowledge of AS 9100.
