Operations Manager - Change Management
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager - Change Management for an opportunity in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for directing and managing the functions of the Demand and Operations Planning organization to successfully support the Production objectives of the company. Must possess the ability to develop and implement strategic long-range plans and implement changes for improving aircraft Program operations and customer selections.
Qualifications and requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 6 years aircraft experience in aircraft completion, Manufacturing, Program Management,Change Management, or Master Scheduling.
At least 1 year leading a project or a team managing a project both orally and in writing
Ability to effectively communicate and interact with multiple organizations.
Understanding of manufacturing workflow and processes, change management processes, scheduling and work instructions.
Proficiency in using computer systems (Microsoft Office and database applications).
Analytical ability to plan, track, execute and oversee projects.
Ability to lead meetings and make decisions.
Extensive knowledge of aircraft completions.
Must be able to function throughout total facility, up and down stairs and in and out of aircraft with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Working knowledge and understanding of Engineering, Manufacturing, Accounting and Quality Assurance functions and the interplay of these within a manufacturing facility.
Experience in liaison work among department.
Experience with the Falcon aircraft systems.
Ability to speak and understand French.
Background in Production control disciplines to include MRP experience and also in some current IT systems such as TS, HMS, and ASI.
