Interior Component Repair Technician

 

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Interior Component Repair Technicians for an opportunity in Jacksonville, FL

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

 

The Administrative Assistant will manage the office and handle duties for the facility and upper management. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
Operate telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel. Schedule appointments and give information to callers. Handle inquiries made by walk in visitors and employees. Maintain and order office supplies. Relieve officials of clerical work and administrative and business detail by performing following duties:

 

Qualifications and requirements:

  • 1 year experience required.
  • Retrieve messages from voice mail and forward to appropriate personnel.

  • Answer incoming telephone calls, forward to appropriate personnel or departments.

  • Take and deliver messages or transfer calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.

  • Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel.

  • Monitor visitor access and issues passes when required.

  • Make travel arrangements for various employees, as needed.

  • Maintain schedules for executive personnel and conference room usage.

  • Update phone extension directory.

  • Receive, sort and route mail.

  • Maintain office machines, assists users, send, retrieve, and route incoming correspondence.

  • Order, receive and maintain, and distribute office supplies.

  • Create and print cover sheets, memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents when necessary.

  • Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.

  • Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing and photocopying.

  • Ensure new hires are appropriately on-boarded.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
  • Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
