Avionics Lead Mechanic
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking an Avionics Lead Mechanic with B737NG experience for an opportunity in Ardmore, OK
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
A&P Lead Mechanics will maintain, inspect, repair, modify, overhaul and troubleshoot commercial aircraft in compliance with policies, manuals, procedures and requirements.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Current A&P license required.
- Must have shadowed tool box - no exceptions.
- Highly Motivated
- 5+ Years Boeing 737 experience.
- Need 10+ years overall exp.
- Must be familiar with Boeing Classic and NG systems, Avionics mod & upgrades.
- Willing to work in a fast paced environment
- Team Player – works well with others (good attitude)
- Boeing 737NG Gen Fam course preferred but not required.
- Quick Learner to adjust to company Procedures, Policies and Repair Station requirements.
- Familiar with Boeing Manuals (AMM, FIM, SRM, WDM, IPC and Task Cards)
- Familiar with navigating My Boeing Fleet
- Trouble shooting experience preferred but not required.
- Must be willing to work overtime
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
