LAUNCH is hiring a Sales Support Associate with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a focus on organization and enhanced multitasking abilities to support the LAUNCH Sales Team. You will report within the Sales organization and will have the opportunity to learn the aviation industry, grow your sales experience, and potentially move into an Account Management role.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales Department:
- Provide account management support to LAUNCH clients
- Establish and enhance business relationships with LAUNCH clients
- Interface with LAUNCH Recruiting to fulfill client requisitions
- Proactively and creatively increase sales growth in existing and new accounts
- Coordinate with the sales department to open, close and update all orders in the LAUNCH applicant tracking system
- Perform sales administrative tasks as needed
- Participate in client strategy development
- Learn all aspects of business development and support
- Travel to client sites
- Attend Industry trade shows
- Provide client service and administrative support as assigned
