Assembly Technician
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Assemblers with structures assembly experience for an opportunity in Renton WA
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Structure re-work on the assembly floor.
Performs advanced, specialized or prototype production assembly operations on structural parts, mechanical assemblies and subassemblies using automated assembly operations. May provide assembly operation guidance to other assemblers.
Physical demands (if any): YES
High noise environment, hearing protection required.
Use of high impact tools.
Lots of Overtime
On their feet for the entire shift.
6 weeks of training, subject to change. Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment. Will be completing a Boeing training
REQUIREMENTS:
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 7 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+5 years' related work, Bachelor+2 years' related work, etc.).

What are the Top Skills PREFERRED to perform this role/job?:
1) Previous experience working on aircraft (Commercial or Military)
2) Previous Airline or MRO experience preferred
3) 737 aircraft experience
4) Previous Boeing experience.
5) Bonding experience a plus.
6) Seal work experience a plus
