Contracts Administrator

 

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Contracts Administrator for an opportunity in Everett, WA.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Responsible for the maintenance of purchase orders and compliance to contracts, including the gathering of engineering data i.e. Models, drawings and specifications relevant to the product. Maintain consistent communication with Program Management team to assure solidarity.

  • Review customer contracts and assure compliance.
  • Load PO’s into MRP system within 24 hours of receipt and respond to customers with PO acceptance. Review PO vs. quote, request POC if and when necessary.
  • Request drawings, models and relevant specifications. Assure proper revision levels are noted on purchase orders and data is available.
  • Input and maintain controlled data through the K drive.
  • Log and route engineering revisions in a timely manner such that cost and schedule impacts can be assessed and brought to the customers attention.
  • Work with customer to identify needs, discuss realistic lead times, assess customer expectations, and communicate those to the Program Manager.
  • Maintain product status and publish routinely with customer.
  • Maintain a high level of communication with Planner and Program Manager
  • Assure contact information in ERP system is updated and relevant.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Procurement in the aerospace manufacturing industry
  • Strong negotiation experience; capable of establishing logical arguments and finalizing agreements
  • Strong capabilities in operational, commercial and financial management
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skillset
  • Proven experience in complex project management
  • Recognized for his/her leadership and innovation,
  • Experienced in managing complex engineering/technical projects
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology and interpretation of contracts
  • Detail oriented, focused, rigorous and committed to meeting deadlines
  • Have a high proficiency and are a good communicator in English (written and spoken)
  • You have advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office environment with knowledge of MS Project.
