LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Warehouse Leads in Woodridge, IL.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Warehouse Lead monitors all activities from assembling finished products, ensuring the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost, meeting customer specifications and delivery requirements, in accordance with company policies and procedures. Assist in training new employees.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Must have supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Must have training experience.
- Must be open to all shifts.
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have reliable transportation
- Basic hand tools experience is a plus
- Must have a strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift at least 25lbs consistently.
- Must be able to stand for 8+ hours a day.
