Diesel Technician

LAUNCH TransTechs is looking for a Diesel Technician to primarily focuses on the preventative maintenance of the fleet diesel equipment.

Pay: $19.82 - 26.64/hr., depending on experience
Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 3rd shift

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Routine and preventative maintenance on diesel vehicles, propane, and electric warehouse forklifts. 
• Build, rebuild, and repair all parts of equipment. 
• Diagnose any mechanical, electrical, and any other breakdown or failure. 
• Inspect equipment used.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Qaulifications and Requirements:

• Completion of a technical school or equivalent is preferred.
• Equivalent of High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 yrs. related maintenance & repairs experience.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Driver's License to operate applicable company vehicles
• Acceptable motor vehicle record in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations.
• Must provide your own hand tools.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
