CNC Machinist
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a CNC Machinist opportunity in Arlington, WA
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Can demonstrate ability to set-up, run, tear down 3 axis CNC Vertical Mills and Lathes, maintain dimensional quality in a production environment. Good Inspection Skills and Blueprint reading skills with ability to use all shop inspection tools. Basic Troubleshooting skills and must be able to recognize production problems such as out-of-tolerance Machining, poor finishes, damaged or worn cutters, and tooling. Meets job standard times with minimal supervision.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working with CNC Machining
- Metal fabrication experience
- Fanuc controls
- Use of precision measuring equipment (Micrometers, Calipers, Ect)
- CNC Lathes, CNC Vertical Mills (3axis)
- Manual machining experience a plus.
- Good math skills
- Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
- Basic blue print skills.
- General mechanical skills.
- Must be willing to work any shift.
- Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
