Ground Service Equipment Technician
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Ground Service Equipment Technician for an opportunity in Savannah, GA.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The GSE technician will assist with elementary, maintenance installations, repairs, modifications and preventative maintenance to ground support equipment throughout the facility, in a team oriented work environment.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Ground Support and aircraft tooling experience.
- Understand calibration and proof-loading of ground support equipment.
- Must have great customer service skills.
- Must have mechanical aptitude and positive attitude.
- Must posses a valid drivers license.
- Must have manual dexterity and ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
- Must be willing to work any shift.
- Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
