Contracts Specialist
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Contracts Specialist for an opportunity in Wood Dale, Illinois.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process proposals and purchase orders to establish and renew service agreements
- Complete contract maintenance on service agreements (contract modification)
- Process documents through the e-commerce system and work with customers (internal and external) to gather relevant information for processing
- Research and resolving customer invoicing inquiries/issues
- Provide our customers with best-in-class customer experience by addressing questions and concerns and showing value for all service products.

- High School degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Problem-solving competence with explaining technical solutions and applications
- Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com), data integrity, and MS office applications, and Oracle applications
- Self-motivated with a high attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
