Maintenance Manager
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a senior buyer for an opportunity in Ardmore, OK.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking an individual who is self-driven, self-motivated, team player, and has outstanding leadership skills. Candidate needs to work well with the QA department and authorities, and who is adaptable to our processes and procedures. Candidate must also fit into cornerstone principles and our management team.
Qualifications and requirements:
Minimum of 8 years Boeing 737 Experience (Classic and NG) – Would like to see VIP BBJ experience but not a must.
Engine Run and Taxi qualified for the Boeing 737 aircraft
Must be familiar with My Boeing Fleet
Must be familiar with the Boeing 737 manuals.
Must understand the differences between Part 91, Part 121, Part 125 and Part 135 operator requirements.
Ability to collaborate with VP of Operations and maintenance lead to plan the work scope to stay within budget and on schedule.
Outstanding communications skills, must communicate clearly with the customer and KACC management.
Must have the ability to quote all non-routines (man hours and materials) found during routine maintenance.
General familiarization with avionics modifications and upgrades (Wifi, CMS/IFE, KA/KU Band).
Ability to generate daily reports of program progress to report to VP of Operations.
Must be able to train technicians on the floor with maintenance procedures.
Must be able to make decisions on maintenance tasks, schedules and budgets.
Must be able to create a down time schedule that meets the customer’s requirements.
Must be able to perform capacity planning, in order to plan for required personnel.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
