Aircraft Upholsterer
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Upholsteres for an opportunity in Wilmington, DE
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Aircraft Upolsterers are responsible for the proper preparation, execution and installation of soft goods in aircraft, including but not liited to seats, side walls, headliners and bulkheads.
Qualifications and requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Minimum of four (4) years experience in Upholstery Shop Operations
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings and sketches.
- Proven experience using a variety of hand and power tools. Must be able to set-up and operate sewing machines.
- Must have proven technical aptitude
- Must be willing to work any shift.
- Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
