JR Buyer
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a junior buyer for an opportunity in Everett, WA
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Candidates will work with manufacturing operation in their buying department, assist in daily office administrative task, requires the ability to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events; Attention to detail, ability to balance multiple work assignments; organized work habits; ability to work independently. Proficiency with major software programs including MS Office Suite
Qualifications and requirements:
- Strong understanding of MS Office Suites
- Solid typing skills
- Monday thru Friday schedule
- Generate and process purchase orders to buy production (inventory & non-inventory) goods, tools and supplies, office and warehouse needs as assigned
- Prefer experience in ERP data entry & reports.
- Suggests, investigates, implements, monitors and reports on cost savings initiatives; develops new supply sources where vendors and suppliers are inadequate.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
