48 - Control Panel Assembler - Elk Grove Village, IL Temp to Perm (780 hours) Shift: 1st 7am - 3:30pm Pay: $14-$16 ?Must be proficiently able to read and interpret electrical schematics and dimensioning layout drawings for installation / mounting of drives, servos, PC?s, PLC?s, circuit breakers, transformers, relays, contractors, terminals, fuse boxes or any other required industrial control devices. ?Must be capable of using drill, tap, and knock out punches in mounting of components to the panel. ?Must able to do point to point wiring of internal components such as Terminal Blocks, Relays, PLC?s, Motor starters, Drives, etc? utilizing electrical schematics. ?Will be required to understand the use of hand tools, hand crimpers, wire cutters, wire strippers, electrical testing equipment, etc? ?Daily task will consist of electro-mechanical assembly, wiring and testing of various electrical panels, new machinery wiring, labeling of all devices and wires, and various electrical assembly task related to custom machinery.
