Dan Gillette is looking for a Diesel Mechanic to do Preventive Maintenance Tasks, general repairs and electric work on their tractors. It's a pretty new fleet (2012 and newer) so the vehicles have a lot of electronics. Someone who has experience on new trucks is prefereble along with computer diagnostic experience. This location services 2 customers; Anheiser Busch and Metal Container. They are mostly hauling the aluminum cans to the brewerys. This location also has 50 tractors (Freightliner, Volvo, and International) along with 100 trailers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a diesel mechanic / tractor mechanic
- Tools
- Must be able to lift 50lbs or more
- Must have valid drivers license with acceptable driving record (CDLrequired after 90 days)
- Computer skills; experience w/diagnostics
