Aircraft Inspector
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to perform source, receiving, in-process, final or tool inspection on a wide variety of in-house or supplier machined, welded, fabricated or processed parts, tools and mechanical assemblies, laminated process composite parts, ply per ply visual inspection on all brakes programs as necessary.
- The ideal candidate for this position is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized; assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position. Successful candidate will have a strong commitment to ethics and integrity.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Aircraft Inspectors inspect parts for dimensional accuracy, process and quality operations to assure conformance to customer, engineering, and quality requirements.
Qualifications and requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months of Mechanical Assembly experience
- Certificate in Inspection from an accredited College or Trade School
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Aerospace Manufacturing work experience
- Familiarity working in Composite Manufacturing
- Must be willing to work any shift.
- Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
