Records Controller

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Records Controller with aviation experience for an opportunity in Seattle, WA.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Records Controller will be responsible for the following:

• Organize job cards and related paperwork for required aircraft visits.
• Coordinate with appropriate contacts to obtain information regarding specific customer’s incoming work package, input/delivery dates, aircraft registration number, aircraft serial number, Haeco assigned number, pre-planning tally sheets, etc.
• Prepare records for archiving onsite and ship to central storage location on a monthly basis.
• Input customer service orders for processing.
• Record daily inputs of work accomplished.
• Ensure records have been properly accounted for at the end of the visit.
• Review time and attendance entries and make adjustments per supervisor request and according to company policies.
• Follow up with Requests from Human Resources (i.e., background check, expense reports)
• Follow up with LMS entries, coordinate with Training as required.
• Audit records for completeness and follow up with the Lead Mechanic or Team Leader as appropriate.
• Perform other administrative duties as requested.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Must be proficent in Microsoft Office
• One year of work experience in an aviation maintenenance environment or completion of a two year associates degree in aviaition maintenance.
• Working knowledge of aircraft documentation.
• Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
• Must be willing to work any shift.
• Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
