Human Resources Program Manager

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking an Human Resources Program Manager for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

Responsibilities: 
The PM must hold strong project management skills in the following areas (gathering of requirements, assembling the project team, identifying scope, building the project plan, build flow charts - both process and technical, tracks resources, deliverables, milestones, monitor project tasks, and able to identify critical paths, identify risks, identify issues, and drive resolution of risks/issues. The PM will manage inter-dependencies with other HR, IT and other Vendor work-streams, resources, deliverable, and initiatives. PM must be able to identify and manage scope creep while providing succinct and clear status presentations to all levels of management. Projects may have internal and/or third party technology including SAP/SuccessFactors. 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must have 5-7 years of HR generalist experience supporting a business unit (or equivalent years of experience) is required.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business management or in a related field of study is strongly preferred.
• PHR/SPHR certification is preferred.
• Possess the skills to manage projects through their full life cycle (end-to-end).
• Able to manage multiple projects with various levels of complexity simultaneously.
• The PM must be a strong verbal and written communicator for conducting weekly project meetings, communicating with stakeholders, gathering project requirements, meeting minutes, etc.
• Required Project Tools: Current with (MS Project, MS Office Suite, MS Visio)
